Deccie was presented with the Cup by Nuala Barry sister of the late Val, an enjoyable night was had by all. Our next outing is to Youghal Golf Club on Sat. 13th of June.

Premier Intermediate Hurling C/ship.

All roads lead to Pr. Ui Rinn on this coming Sunday were we take on Charleville in the 1st rnd. of this years Championship at 3:45pm, many of us remember the last time we clashed with Charelville in C/ship. it was in the ½ final of the 2015 Intermediate Hurling C/ship. on the 19th Sept. 2015 in Pr. Ui Rinn, to say we were given a lesson on the day would be an understatement losing out on a scoreline of 1:28 to 1:08 with our goal coming very late courtesy of a 20 mtr. Free. 2016 saw a change in Mgmt. and after a long tough Lge. & C/ship. campaign we were crowned 2016 Int. Hurling Co. Champions and Int. Lge. Div. 2 winners back last November. Next Sundays game will give us a fair indication of how far we have progressed since the bad day in Sept. 2015 with Charelville every bit as good now if not even better judging by some of the scores they have been putting up in the Lge. They too have a new Coach in one of Corks best even forwards Ben O’Connor who will no doubt be very determined to start his coaching career on a positive note, so in saying all that im pretty sure our lads will also be very determined to make up for the bitter defeat of 2015. The Exec. Comm. of the Club along with all its members and supporters wish the very best of luck to all the players and Mgmt. Team on next Sunday.

Juvenile Club

Best of luck to the Premier Intermediate Management and Players in their Championship
