We played our first Jnr.Hurling league game last night Mon.the 7th,with numbers tight for various reasons we were forced to play alot of the younger lads once again.In a highly entertaining game we didn't take long to settle and duly rattled off some very good points during the course of the half to lead on a scoreline of 10pts.to 3 at half time.Turning to play into a stiff enough breeze we stayed 5/6 points to the good for most of the half with our opponents geting a couple of late points and a goal to bring proceedings to a halt,all in all a very good outing with all the lads showing good commitment coupled with a very good work ethic through out the game.
