The Camogie Club are facilitating a Cardiac Screening by Heartaid Mobile Cardiac Screening on Sat 25^th May in Aghavine commencing at 9:30am.

The Screening includes

Personal & Family History Questionnaire

Cardiovascular Physical Examination

12 Lead Electrocardiogram (ECG)

Cardiologist’s Report

This service will be available to all aged 12 years and upwards (participants must be 12 years or older on the date of screening). Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The cost for this service is dependent on the uptake of numbers, as follows:

30 + participants                       €85

45+ participants                        €65

75+ participants                        €55

We are having a Registration Night in Aghavine on Thursday 9^th May at 8:30pm where you can register. A deposit of €30 will be required and you will be allocated a time for screening. We will contact you the following week when all bookings are in to advise you of the outstanding amount that you will owe.

Should you have an interest in this service we urge you to consider availing of it now as the greater the number of participants the cheaper it will be for everyone.
